1. About Rhythm & Hearts

Rhythm & Hearts is a Greater Toronto Area entertainment and events company offering artist management, corporate events, cultural shows, private celebrations, and related live-music services, led by Raina Sen and Shantanu Banerjee.

2. Bookings & Deposits

• All performance bookings are subject to written confirmation and, where applicable, a signed contract and deposit.
• Booking requests submitted through this website are inquiries only and do not constitute a confirmed engagement until formally accepted by Rhythm & Hearts.
• Deposit and payment terms will be outlined in your individual event contract.

3. Cancellations & Rescheduling

Cancellation and rescheduling terms, including any applicable fees, will be specified in your event contract. Please contact us as early as possible if your event date or scope changes.

4. Website Use

You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of, or restrict or inhibit the use and enjoyment of, this site by any third party.

5. Intellectual Property
